Penelope Dee - Feathered  Wheelbarrow  An OTP project, a Wheelbarrow made with the gorgeous  Penelope Dee Feathered C ollection. Wheelbarrow I have cut this cute 3D Wheelbarrow with my Silhouette using the collection  and assembled accordingly. The succulents have also been cut with  the machine using the sheets from the collection. I have added hessian on the inside of the bucket. The leaves and butterflies are die cuts from collection.
